Changes:
- Up to 3 Proofs of Despair can now drop per encounter
- Decreased the difficulty growth of the Path of Torment
- Demonworking Tools, Anguished Crucible, and Anguished Pathspurs no longer increase in cost as guild paths are levelled
- Increased the allowed Ascension levels before Ascension Shackling is needed
- The Anguished shop will now rotate proof costs in a way that includes all paths more consistently
